EATING

Grilled veggie naan pizzas with chimichurri. Amazing. And my garlic butter zucchini boat bolognese. Oh and bruschetta chicken! It’s pictured above and a meal we all adore.

DRINKING

A sparkling rosé pimms cup. It’s so refreshing. For a mocktail, try this cajun peach lemonade.

MAKING

My green bean crunch salad with peanut vinaigrette. This is SO super crisp and crunchy.

BAKING

Red white and berry sheet pan shortcake. This is fabulous at any time of summer. The berries are incredible.

GRILLING

These summer chicken skewers with basil couscous for weeknight meals. It feels special and fancy, but they are super easy to make.

SNACKING

On salted mojito watermelon wedges. Refreshing, cooling, delicious!

CRAVING

My no churn coffee oreo ice cream. It is truly the best.

READING

LISTENING

My slow mornings playlist is a regular during the lovely summer days.

WEARING

I’m very much a daily uniform person when it comes to work/mom/errands. Last year I lived in this tank and it is by far my favorite. It’s so stretchy and great. And of course, align leggings. I also adore this denim jacket (first time getting denim on amazon!). Casual dresses on repeat too: tie dye, easy black and linen.

BUYING

What’s currently in my nordstrom cart: dior lip glow butter, mz wallace white sling, moonlit pajamas in the most amazing shade, mini longchamp in paper.

What’s currently in my amazon cart: superfood lemonade, this softside expandable luggage, coola sunscreen lipbalm.

I am easily influenced, but fill up carts and rarely check out.

LOVING

The prettiest s’mores kit that I got last year - having it all ready to go for easy s’mores nights on the deck! Include grahams, oreos, ritz crackers, peanut butter cups and more.

SHOPPING

This melamine chip and dip platter is smaller than you’d think and it’s SO cute (also on sale!). I actually got three of them and not only are they perfect for parties, they are perfect for the kid. I also got the americana place mats. Now I want this american flag shawl sweater too.

I love Joy’s substack so much. I also love Becca’s Book Enthusiast - all of her book recs, home, fashion, travel and more - it’s fabulous.

PREPPING

We are headed on a beach vacation soon and I have a whole list of what I’m bringing. The kids are so excited. I can expand on this if you’re interested!

So many things this month! Jordan’s birthday. The end of school. The start of summer! We have a fun, packed month.
