Nothing screams Friday like curling up with an iced coffee.

It’s always iced coffee season for me but now that it’s getting warm, we are truly in iced coffee season. Which means lavender lattes at home! They are so much better at home - just make the syrup.

I’m excited to start getting some herbs to plant this weekend. I always plant tons of basil, rosemary, mint, thyme, parsley, sage, lavender and oregano. And I have chives that come back every year too. Last year I got two of these planters and this is what I plant my herbs in on my deck, which is off of the kitchen. It’s perfect!

I’m also going to Costco like a fun adult and doing the birthday party circuit with the kids. Um, HOW DO PEOPLE DO ALL THE BIRTHDAY PARTIES?! Every day, every weekend, with three kids. It’s wild.

My pantry fridges had to be repaired this week, and now I have an empty drink fridge. What does it say about me that I’m weirdly excited to fill this one up?

We bought True refrigerators when we built our house and we truly LOVE them. We have four of them - two in the pantry and two in the kitchen. But on this pantry combo, the motor blew out the control panel and they started to freeze. It was all covered under warranty and fixable, but I had to take everything out. The service was great. So talk about starting fresh! What to do with an empty pantry fridge?!

P.S. that’s a can of the spindrift cosnopolitan and I am loving it so much.
